With the SBK patient file app you can use the electronic patient file (ePA) after registering once.In the ePA, your health data is bundled in one place. Simply upload the documents via the app or have your doctors upload important documents. This means you always have an overview and can actively take care of your health.If necessary, you can quickly provide your doctors with the most important documents. With just a few simple steps you can make data about previous illnesses, allergies or prescribed medications available to medical professionals.You decide for yourself which data is stored in your ePA and which medical practices can access it. You also determine the release period. In this way, you can give your doctor access, for example to upload new documents at short notice or in the longer term to accompany your treatment.As the central storage of your personal health data, the ePA must meet the strictest legal security requirements and go through a complex approval process. Among other things, data encryption and a particularly secure access procedure ensure that your data is kept safe.Many more functions are planned for the future, which we will implement according to the specifications of the Telematics Society (gematik). Use is voluntary and free of charge for you.FUNCTIONSWith this app you can- Protect your personal health information with secure login- Upload your medical documents such as doctors letters, diagnoses, findings or medication plans to a secure storage location and manage them there- share these documents with your doctors- Have your doctors create and view digital documents: vaccination certificate, maternity certificate, child examination booklet, dental bonus booklet- Get an overview of what services SBK has provided for you over the last six years- Manage access permissions and representations- use the SBK patient file on multiple devicesSECURITYAs a statutory health insurance company, we ensure the best possible protection of your health data. Therefore, for this app you need an SBK health card with a corresponding NFC interface and a securely issued PIN. You can request both from your personal customer service.To ensure that only you or people authorized by you have access to your ePA, we will securely identify you once when you register.
